I am using STBB2J-30 to power up my system, and finding that on start-up, the Vout ramping up in step and a few current spikes on Vin.

I thought it was because of the capacitive load (25uF), so I tried to reduced it to 15uF, but haven't gotten any changes. I tried also to reduce the slew-rate on Vin, still no significant difference. Is this because of the soft-start?.
