Hello,
I am looking for GaN based half bridges or full bridges evaluation board with gate driver for 250-400V and 3.3kW power rating for Dual active bridge DC-DC converter.
Kindly suggest evaluation/ development board for the same

I have just come across your older question: if it is still relevant, currently there is no GaN based solution for it from STMicroelectronics.
