Is there a difference in firmware or other features between two batches (GQ20D 9U CHN2331E) and (GQ24G 9U CHN44811)?
The 1st batch number is not booting everytime compared to the 2nd batch number, when pulling Pin26 high.
The fault carries if I swap chips.

How do you know? What are the symptoms and how are they different from the expectations?
And why do you pull pin 26 high?

That gives the impression it seems to be a hardware/PCB issue!
Could you please give more details about what do you mean by "swapping chips"?

Welcome to the forum.
Please give more context - see: How to write your question to maximize your chances to find a solution
What are these boards?
Are they your own design, or are you playing with somebody else's design/product?
Are you able to connect a debugger, and use it to see what's happening?
Firmware is nothing to do with ST - that's loaded by whoever built the board/product.
It is always possible that whoever built the boards loaded different firmware into different boards!
