I've solved my problem simply by starting a complete new project (creating a new workspace with the dedicated command in file menu of SOFTEC STVD7)!
I can now create the.s19 file. I still have a communication problem between the inDART-STX and my target board (gdi error) it's certainly an option bytes problem.
