Problems in production with uPSD3233B

Ciao,

I'm having an increasing number of devices (uPSD3233B), which are not working properly after they've been programmed.

In particular, if I try to verify one of these devices using the FL101, I get in 80% of the times ''Unable to connect with JTAG target device'' message, and the remaining times, I'm able to start JTAG operation but immediately after I get the Error message ''device is secured''.

At the moment we are replacing these devices, but the failure rate is increasing.

Any idea?
