problem with ADC of ST10F269

I have following problem with the ADC of the ST10F269:

I have connected VAREF to 2.5V. When I put a voltage between 0V and 1.35V or between 2.0 V and 2.5V I get the correct values from the ADC but between 1.35V and 2.0V it stays on the value of 1.35V.

Can someone help me?
