Not able to write to the PORT

Controller used: ST7FL35

Compiler: Cosmic

Tool: DVP3

SW: STVP7

When i execute my application in the ICD mode, i encounter a reset when i try to configure a pin(other than ICCCLK(PORT A bit6) and ICCDATA(PORT A bit5)) as output.

Any suggestions ???
