Looks to be an EEPROM, custom part from BOSCH by the looks of it

You've posted in 'Interface and connectivity ICs' - does that mean you have reason to believe that it is an 'Interface' or 'connectivity' IC?
Similarly with the IO-Link tag?

I was hoping to find the part number in order to buy it from Farnell/Mouser, but I see this is a custom part…
