HI, we have 74V1T07STR, with marking "TL", but datasheet not labeled. How can I make sure that the IC - 74V1T07STR ?

The component has been discontinued for many years, unfortunately there is no documentation left.

I'm afraid the only chance to find out is an electrical test circuit of the logic function. The 74V1T07 was a simple logic buffer with:

  • pin2 = input
  • pin4 = output
  • pin3 = GND and
  • pin5 = VCC (4.5...5.5V, max ICC=1µA)

If you apply TTL signals, you get the same signals from the output.
