Oh, it looks like there's a typo in the data sheet: page 1, Product Summary, mentioned in the last two lines:
should be read as:
But table 7, ordering information correctly lists the options of the pin-out.
Yes, you can use your diagram with the red marked pin numbers for this part number.

On pages 1 and 9 of the data sheet you will find the note "base and emitter are inverted for 2N5154RSRHRx and 2N5154SRHRx series".
The word inverted is a bit unfortunate, because it actually refers to a logical function, but here it means the exchanged function of base and emitter.

Could you please confirm that on the P/N: 2N5154RSRHRG, the emitter is on pin2 and not on pin1 (as it is mentioned on the table of Product Summary (column ‘Remarks’))?
Can we use the following diagram for this part number?
