Sometimes the datasheets contain information on the markings of the components, but in any case they are on the packaging (tape&reel bags, boxes, etc).
Otherwise, there is no official information on the markings of the components, but the Community is happy to help if you are looking for a specific marking.

Well, the M95080-WDW6G, i.e. with G at the end is obsolete and no documentation on the marking is available anymore.
As stated by @Community member the marking will start with 508W and maybe ends with G for your device, as the 508WP stands for M95080-WDW6P.
But don't worry, G was just a variant of RoHS.

Thank you for the information.
Is there no official documentation at STMicroelectronics on the applicable top markings of the components?
