Posted on May 17, 2011 at 09:33I have been looking a little at the datasheets for the STR9 family.
ST gives a linear formula for the power consumption (1.7mA/MHz). - However, I do not feel assured that this formula is valid at speeds of 4MHz external clock divided by 1024 --> approx. speed of 400KHz core frequency and also if I use the RTC clock for the core.
- Does anyone have knowledge of the possible offset of the mA/MHz formula?
