We cannot find any info about the \K and /HF
When we try to use the /HF, which looks like it is polarized, but in TMMDB3 datasheet, it never mentioned. So we want to clarify.

Welcome, @BTsoi.1, to the community!
there is no technical difference, the suffixes are an internal identifier and only designate the place of manufacture that is not relevant for the function.
Good luck!

Hello Peter
Then how about the polarise issue?
Is this item are polarise ? means it have positive side and negative side?
Thanks

No, DIACs are bidirectional, as you can also see from the datasheet, fig. 1.
The TMMDB3 is packaged in MINIMELF, so it might look like a unidirectional diode, but is symmetrical and therefore bidirectional.

Hi Peter,
Then will you able to let me know why that outlook of the components from different suffix is different?
One of them have the blue band on the components, another one don’t have the blue band.
Is there any differences for these?
Thanks
Brian

No, when they are genuine devices there is no difference.
BTW: please don't use email to answer, as it includes all of your personal information to this forum/thread, which can be seen by anybody worldwide.
