Posted on February 25, 2004 at 07:29Is it possible to know the maximum value of supply current at 1MHz CPU frequency (i.e., internal RC oscillator, without PLL), in Run and Wait mode, with +5V supply voltage?
Supply current characteristics specified in the datasheet report maximum values only at 8 MHz CPU frequency, and I don't think I can effectively rely on typical values to choose the best fit values for the components of the power supply circuitry for my application.
