Posted on November 07, 2007 at 12:37I've just downloaded the latest STVD7 tool suite and it seems to work ok with my 16K code limited version of Cosmic compiler.
The standard projects included within the STVD7 seem to download and open up ok. The one i have been using is the 'cosmic' one in the
STMicroelectronics\ST7toolset\stvd7\example\tutorial_cosmic sub directory.
I open this workspace and configure the device to work with the Cosmic toolchain.It compiles without error.
When i click on the debug (simulator as target) i get the error message...
Starting Debug session...
->Simulator Reset....
->Failed to connect target.
I am using a duo core Intel device with Windows XP Home edition.
Any thoughts as to what may be causing this problem.
