STR712 FLASH endurance

In the datasheet for STR712 it says that you can program data flash 100 000 times. My question is, does a programming (without erase) of 0xFFFFFFFF also decrease no of endurance cycles.

Hi,

It concrens only the erase operation, so a program without erase does not decrease the endurance cycles.
