I think you want to know about ST63156b1 device which is used for TV applications. I have attached the datasheet. If its really ST6356b1 , then let me know.

ST6365 is no more supported by ST now. I will suggest you to use ST6388(find attched), also used for ON-SCREEN-DISPLAY FOR TV TUNING.
