st10flasher problem

Hi, I try to use st10flasher tool. I try to install in windows 2000 and in windows 98 and I have run-time error 48 (st10flasher.dll not found). In windows xp works but when I try to read the mcu (st10f269) with dump I can save the dump only in text format. If I try to save in hex, the program report target not found. I run the software with a pcmcia to serial board, may be that is the problem?

Yes, I have. RS232 interface ;)
