PSD 3200 XRAM space in von neumann mode

Hi guys,

is there a way to set the 8 KB internal XRAM space in Von Neumann mode ?

I would use it with keil's MON51 to test small programs (and not)

Yes, the uPSD's SRAM can be setup using the Von Neumann architecture. When bit 0 of the VM register is set, _PSEN is used to access the SRAM as Program space. When this bit is cleared, _RD , is used to access the SRAM as DATA space. Please see page 117 of the uPSD323x data sheet for a graphical explaination.
