I am trying to identify this component. Could anyone help me and I am also keen to know what its equivalent would be if this particular component is now obsolete. It bears the numbers e O14050. The O is a diamond shaped print and very different from the 0

This is not a CMOS 4050 as it has 16pin and I do not believe it could be an LM339. but , who knows, check the pinout of the LM339 with the pcb, pin3 (Vcc) and 12 (GND) are the firsts to test.
