Unfortunately, the community won't be able to really help you as this is not a technical question. Your preferred distributor is the right address for questions about availability etc.
Anyway - the VN820-E was discontinued without replacement many, many years ago. Even if it is still listed in the data sheet, it is no longer produced. You can only try to find residual amounts somewhere.
