Design help with load dump protection TVS

Need help with identifying the right TVS diode for load dump protection of our device. The test standard is MIL-STD-1275E which has 28V nominal working voltage with Ri = 0.5 ohm. The surge has a pulse duration of 50ms, Us = 100V, 5 number of pulses with a duration of 5 seconds in between two consecutive dumps.

I am not able to follow how Internal resistance of the source (Ri) and Diode ratings can be related. How can I get to a conclusion, if I have a requirement for 0.5 ohm? Datasheet has no mention about Ri resistance or any graphs that tells about the trend of Ri vs Us. Should diode be connected in series / parallel? Any SMD TVS diodes that can help withstand this surge?
