Hello,
I installed SPC5 Studio and everything works fine and then after a view hours of working, i can´t build my project any more. I am always getting following error and i don´t know why:make -j4 all
Cannot run program ''make'': Launching failed12:30:14 Build Finished (took 47ms)
I did not change anything in the settings, just using the SPC5 Studio as it is configured after the installation. But this error seems to come up randomly after a while. So i re-installed SPC-Studio several times. After the installation it worked again and I was able to build my projects. But during working on my code a get the same error again and again after a while.
What could be the reason for that error upcoming randomly? I am using the 30days evaluation license from High-Tec.2014-07-24 07:49 AM
Hi,
It is a know problem in version 3.0, usually when this happens you just have to restart the SPC5Studio. The problem cause is known (wrong environment variables setup so make.exe is not found) and we are working on a solution. The fix will be delivered via the SPC5Studio updater as usual. A workaround is to add manually the following paths at the beginning of the PATH system environment variable: C:\SPC5Studio\eclipse\plugins\com.st.tools.spc5.tools.hightec_1.0.0.201306281422\hightec\ppc-ht-eabi\bin;C:\SPC5Studio\eclipse\plugins\com.st.tools.spc5.tools.hightec_1.0.0.201306281422\hightec\bin;C:\SPC5Studio\eclipse\plugins\com.st.tools.spc5.tools.gnu_1.0.0.201306281422\gnutools; Giovanni2014-07-25 05:51 AM

Hello,
Thank you both for your help. I will try these workarounds when the error raises again. Best regards, Patrik
