Hi @User_of_Sensor , sorry for the delayed answer. Please note that the Nonlinearity parameter is not commonly found in datasheets, because it is closely related to the target application. Which is yours? For a better understanding of the test, a sine vibration is applied to the DUT by sweeping in amplitude with integer step equal to 1g, from 1g to 15g and step 0.2 g from 15.2g to 16g.
- On X axis, a typical max NL value is 0.63%FS
- On Y axis, a typical max NL value is 0.81%FS
- On Z axis, a typical max NL value is 0.60%FS
Please note that these are only indicative values from characterization, since they are not in the datasheet.
