STEVAL-MKI109V3 with STEVAL-MKI193V1 not getting sensor data

Hello, 

I'm using STEVAL-MKI109V3 and STEVAL-MKI193V1 (ASM330LHH IMU). Using the Unico GUI, I see that the IMU is detected and recognized however I don't manage to stream any data from the IMU. I enable the accelerometer and the gyroscope and set the sample rate, however no data is printed to the log file and to the GUI plot - GUI plot displays curves which are steady and zero and are non responsive.  

Any suggestion on how to solve this issue?

That sounds strange. Can you share with me your writings and also some screenshots of Unico GUI?
