MKI210 and MKI 109 serial number

  1. 0693W00000UnpKjQAJ.pngOn loading the firmware to the MKI 109, the ST Cube Programmer yielded a unique serial number for each of the 109 devices. However, I can not get the ST Cube programmer to reopen the connection once the firmware is updated. This is a problem because we are using two MKI210 devices with a single NUC. If the NUC reboots the devices can swap Port numbers, so I cannot use the Port Number as a unique identifier. Is there a way to read the serial number from the MKI210 device with C# code at the time I boot the computer?

I enclose a results set, which are good.

  1. I still cannot get the timing signal from the 210/109 device with the serial read of the buffer. I get a series of zeros? The UNICO GUI request to the device does not ask for the time, and the manual is quite blind on the actual code set.  I can use the computer timing, but I would really like to sort this out.

  1. If I reboot the computer, the 210 does not switch off and it does not reboot. Sending a reset to the 210 does not reset the device back to blue led only, I still have the red and green ones lit.  How do force a reset on the device?  It will not read till it is reset. The device is inside a boat about 24 hours drive away.
