Hi @ontares , there is a reserved register, the 1Fh, in the DSOX which is an identifier. while the same register is used as slave3 address in the DSO. So should be equal to 00h in DSO. Btw the easiest way to see the difference is to read the top package marking:
In general, please note that the main difference between the two pn is that the Machine learning core (MLC) embedded feature is working on DSOX while is not working on DSO. Regards
