I want to know how to do hardware or software reset on LIS2DE12TR when it does not work correctly.

There is not HW reset pin, the only solution to do HW reset is power cycle (Off/On).

You can reboot memory content by writing on to BOOT bit in CTRL_REG5 (24h), but this doesn't do full reset of the device.

On the other side there is not much reason why the device should work incorrectly.
