I need to measure an angle up to 30 degree with an accuracy of 0.1 deg. Is something like this possible with this new inclinometer?

the answer to this question is not straightforward, it really depends on which are the boundary conditions of your application (like the temperature range, the way you can use the axes of the inclinometer, the kind of calibration that you could afford to perform in your production line, etc).

Selecting IIS2ICLX, you have for sure the best MEMS inclinometer available to reach your accuracy target.
