I'm working on a Sensortile.box for the first time. I'd like to create an app that records steps, activity type, and axis information for three days straight. Would appreciate any insight for a newbie here. Questions below:

  1. How would you program an app to do this? Expert mode and then which sensors, and which function?
  2. Does anyone know how long the battery lasts?  How do I know if it is low? The battery read in the app doesn't appear to be working
  3. Can I run a pedometer and accelerometer at the same time?

Again, thanks for any insight here. I've read through documentation and watched youtube videos, but its a bit over my head. Really appreciate any help you can provide.

Hi @extraspicy , you might find useful this presentation about how to set the pedometer application.

The pedometer runs at ODR > 26Hz, so the battery should las about 1 day.

The pedometer is based on the accelerometer data, but they will be available at the pedometer frequency, so not sure you can get the raw data together with the pedometer.
