the exact time of the condensation recovery would depend on the "condensation level" on the sensor.
Assuming the maximum condensation, I can share you an average characterization results:
Please note also that the amount of current flowing in the heater depends on the Vdd, and is proportional to the RH% reduction in a constant timeframe. For example, 1-minute heater ON at Vdd=3.3V drops the humidity of -23rH, while at Vdd=1.8V the drop is -8rH, same timeframe.
