Hi @Sa.1​ , I suggest you to consider the mechanical drawings at page 49-50 of the datasheet, together with the PCB design guidelines for ST inertial sensor that you can find in the TN1198, form page 4. Regards

The part L3GD20HTR has mechanical drawing at page 49-50 with 16 pins as per the datasheet, but in the document TN1198 ,PCB design guidelines has 6 pads only with no pin numbering. Do we need to create 16 pads with the available pad dimensions in document TN1198? Will the component pad match with the PCB land design available in TN1198.
