In order to ease the self learning process and set up ST's LIS3DH, attached to this post is an example of the drivers setup for a general application.

Many thanks for the example, however, there is nothing on it regarding the LIS3DH configuration.

We have GitHub repository with sensor drivers.

https://github.com/STMicroelectronics/STMems_Standard_C_drivers

Unfortunately LIS3DH is not there but you can check the LIS2DH12 it is very similar device.
