I want to find some MEMS transducer for microphone for testing our readout IC for MEMS microphone
No matter with single or differential output,
but the product that I need is the transducer without input buffer, output amplifier and other.
Is there any product that have only MEMS transducer(not piezoelectric, only capacitive) sealed by metal can?
Metal can sealing is not necessary, the main parts that I want is MEMS transducer.
I saw some datasheet of STMicro's microphone devices, like "IMP23ABSU"
the "4.1 IMP23ABSU schematic hints" diagram in its datasheet shows the schematic of microphone and interface circuit.
I can't guess there is other circuit components like amplifier, buffer, charge pump in IMP23ABSU.
Is IMP23ABSU have only MEMS transducer without other amplifier, buffer, charge pump... etc?
And, is it same for other analog MEMS microphone that shows like IMP23ABSU in datasheets?
Do anyone know the parts with only MEMS microphone transducer?
