STEVAL-MKI227KA connected using DIL24 on X-Nucleo IKS01A3 with STM32F401 Motherboard not detected

Hi,

I am using a STEVAL-MKI227KA on the expansion board IKS01A3 because I saw on the datasheet that it is compatible. The expansion board is connected to a Nucleo-F401RE Motherboard. Why I am using that and not a MKI109B3 motherboard is because I want to be able to use AlgoBuilder.

On AlgoBuilder, I entered the various locations of the softwares it uses on my case :

Under AlgoBuilder, I enter the various locations of the software it uses in this case.Djokhar_1-1695893169033.png

I also placed the jumper where it should be, to be able to use DIL24 connected sensors.

Afterward, on algobuilderI build the firmware, and the build process goes smoothly.

Next, I click on "Program Target."

Once it's loaded into the microcontroller, I click on "Run Unicleo Application."

I select the correct port and click on "Connect."

Subsequently, I click on "Start," and I can see the accelerometer data.

To verify if it's indeed the accelerometer of the LSM6DSV16X sensor on the STEVAL-MKI227KA Kit board, I disconnect it:

Even though the board is disconnected, I still collect accelerometer data, leading me to conclude that AlgoBuilder has selected the accelerometer on the IKS01A3 board. This is despite the correct jumper being in place. I've also tried removing the jumpers corresponding to the onboard sensors of the IKS01A3 board, but in this case, no data is available even though the STEVAL-MKI227KA kit is connected.

Questions :

On Algobuilder How can I collect the right data from the MKI227KA steval kit using DIL24 ?

Is it possible to collect Qvar data using Algobuilder ?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Many thanks,

Djokhar
