Hi,
I am doing simulations for Electrical Characteristics and find the the IDSS and IGSS are in the range of nA instead of uA as quoted in the datasheet. Can any ST Engineer help me if the numbers need updates?
I filed a support ticket, instead was informed that I can find answers on the community forum.
Thank you for the help.
Best Regards,
Ramu

Datasheet says 1 uA max. You don't say what you measured specifically, or your test conditions, but certainly "range of nA" is under 1 uA.
Nominal will certainly be under 1 uA, obviously.

IDSS --> Conditions ==> VDS=800V VGS=0v, Temp=25C, Corner conditions = Nominal, Fast
Simulated current in the range of nA(for both Nominal & Fast) instead of uA (Datasheet)
IGSS --> Conditions ==> VDS=0V VGS=-20v to +20v, Temp=25C, Corner conditions = Nominal, Fast
Simulated current in the range of nA(for both Nominal & Fast) instead of uA (Datasheet)
Let me know if the simulated current values are within the specifications.
If ST can share the simulated setup, that would be helpful.
Best Regards,
Ramu

Any ST application/support engineers, who can review my post and provide feedback will be helpful.
