Hello everyone,

I am generating the observer for an Induction motor with a FOC loop. However, I am unsure about the appropriate values for the observer parameters (see image below). I've read that the LSO Gain should be between 1 and 1.5, but I'm uncertain about the suitable ranges for Kp and Ki or the ideal bandwidth for using the Auto Calculate function.

I am working with an induction motor with the following characteristics:

  • 1750 rpm
  • 220 V
  • 1.94 A
  • 2 pole pairs
  • 0.350 kW
  • Electrical Parameters (Experimental calculations and estimations): Rs: 24.82 ohms, Rr: 4.47 ohms, Llr = 0.2249 H, Lls = 0.2249 H, and Lm = 0.98 H

There are some considerations that I should take into account in order to choose LSO Gain, Kp, and Ki, or what are the suggested ranges.
