SPIRIT1 register DEVICE_INFO content

Unfortunately the data sheet can be evaluated as a minimum documentation for this chip.

Is there any more information available e.g. for the DEVICE_INFO register, what the content is and could be and what it is telling ?

From this document http://www.st.com/st-web-ui/static/active/en/resource/technical/document/errata_sheet/DM00053990.pdf , page 1, the value 0x0130 (register address 0xF0 and 0xF1) is the last version of the chip (mass production version).

Other values as 0x0103 or 0x0104 are (very old) preliminary engineering samples, no more available.
