S2-LP Sigfox registration

Hello,

during my S2-LP Sigfox registrator process, I've sent the generated e-mail to 

mailto:sigfox@st.com

. But the response contained an error:

Error while responding to [...].

Error Code: 2Message: No more ID in the database

What did go wrong?

Board model: STEVAL-FKI868V2, RCZ1

Please resend the email with activation string to complete the registration procedure.

Thank you, it works now.

At the end of activation process it shows an information that it is possible to use Sigfox subscription attached to this EVB. But https://buy.sigfox.com/activate ignores these credentials. I've tried to use my own subscription and ID/PAC works, so it seems that the device is just not registered with Sigfox as EVB. I've done this with other EVBs in the past (not FKI001V1) and the registration worked.

Could you check if the zone of the board

is the same as the zone of the country selected in https://buy.sigfox.com/activate ?

Please get the zone of the board from the S2-LP Sigfox DK GUI.
