ST33: Recommendation for Product Selection

Hello, 

We are considering using the ST33TPHF2XI2 for our application. The datasheet mentions two variants:

  1. ST33HTPH2X32AHE1
  2. ST33HTPH2X32AHD5

Could you please recommend which device would be more suitable for a new design, considering stock availability and long-term perspective?

The data of all ST33 devices is strictly confidential and will only be handed over if an NDA is signed. For this reason, nobody in the public community will be able to help you, so you should contact your local ST contact.
