Hi there,
I've been trying to flash my BlueNRG-Tile board using the BlueNRG-1_2 Flasher Utility 3.0.0. I followed the Quick Start Guide STEVAL-BCN002V1B - BlueTile kit in order to flash the BlueNRG-Tile mounted on the host board provided in the kit. However no COM is detected and I can't do anything.
One important fact is that a driver installation failed at the setup of the BlueNRG-1_2 Flasher Utility 3.0.0.
I think it is why I can't see any COM port in the UART tab of the utility.
OS: Windows 10.
Any help ?
Thank you.

Can you look at the Windows Device Manager? Is there a COM port listed under Ports (COM & LPT)? What is the port named?

Hi,
I used another USB cable and it now works, in spite of the driver installation failed.
Several months ago, I spent 1 day searching for why an arduino board didn't work and found out it was the cable...I should have throw it away at that time ^^.
Sorry for the useless post.
Best regards,
