Welcome, @PVilb.1, to the community!
the SPSGRFC-868 and SPSGRFC-915 are identical in terms of board and dimensions, only the balun and carrier frequencies are different. Of course, the antenna used must match the module used, i.e. 433/868/915MHz.
Does it answer your questions?
Regards
/Peter

Thank you Peter. We were hoping that the modules wouldn't be physically different from PCA inventory management, but since the balun is different we will have to forecast, build and inventory separate North American and European PCAs.

Peter,
I have a follow-up question for you.
For FCC certification, the TAOGLASS TI.19.2113 antenna that the SPSGRFC-915 module lists as the required antenna is ridiculously long (over 15") for use with our products (one which is 4 3/4" x 2 3/4" x 1 1/2"). We would like to use something like the LINX ANT-915-CW-QW, which is very similar to the antenna listed with this module for CE certification.
Has ST done a modular certification, or is ST considering certification with a similar more reasonable length antenna?
Thanks again,
Patrick Vilbrandt

It is mandatory to comply with the radiation limits, and ST has only carried out the certification with selected, named antennas. Of course, other antennas can also be used, in which case the unit must of course undergo the corresponding certification. Details on the FCC certification process can be found in AN5566.
Good luck!
