'Kudos' button broken

Andrew Neil

I get this error when I press the 'Kudos' button:

Also happens on other posts in that thread, and in other threads.

Looks like a recurrence of Kudos button gives error (12 Dec 2025)

Indeed! But please give it a try with some more attempts to test.

@Lina_DABASINSKAITE - I Unmarked the solution, as it's playing-up again this afternoon (was OK in the morning).

It's now intermittent: the red "unable to complete the action" banner sometimes appears, but then trying again immediately generally works.

I think I saw it once when the error popped up briefly, then the Kudos count did change!

Hi @Andrew Neil , thanks for letting me know. I have informed the reponible team about it.

When it happens, please grab a HAR file of the page with an error.

Thanks,
Lina

Hi @Andrew Neil,

The troubleshooting team got back confirming issue was caused due to the server error that day which is now fixed. The feature should work as expected.

Let me know if it works well on your side.

Thanks,
Lina

Yes, it does seem to be OK now ...
