Win-11 with Chrome browser: Version 143.0.7499.42 (Official Build) (64-bit)

 

PS:

Chrome just updated itself to Version 143.0.7499.170 (Official Build) (64-bit) - no change.

I am able to replicate the issue. I checked and it looks like this issue in on the STM32 Products forum board only. I passed these issues for investigation.
