Resolved! I have no idea if this part is discontinued, but assume it is because the HMI it is in was probably built 20 years ago. It is a surface mount diode with the ST logo on line 1, "EX" on line 2, and C151 on line 3. It is D29 on the attached photo. Thanks

The TDA7492 is a dual BTL class-D audio amplifier with protection and diagnostic output. What are the thresholds for triggering the diffrent protections in particular open circuit

Im looking to find the threshold limit of Open Circuit protecion of an output channel, ive looked in all the datasheets but im sure it was around 1K ohm but i cant find a value anywhere. Does anyone know where i can get this data?ThanksJames

Resolved! Using op amp TL084C as a voltage follower, unity gain (pin 1,2 and 3 and +- 12V supply) and found that the output is attenuating after around 200kHz as against the number in data sheet, what could be the possible reason

TSH114 replacement

Need an operational amplifier for the video signal booster, with bandwidth >85MHz, able to work to a 75 Ohm line loads. I find the TSH114, but see the "obsolete" status. How name of the renewed one? Thank you.

I have q question about TS393 comparator.Datasheet says : Wide single supply range 2.7 V to 16 V or dual supplies (±1.35 V to ±8 V)I dont understand dual supplies condition.What does mean "dual supplies (±1.35 V to ±8 V)"?

We are looking to use the TS7221AILT comparator. It is rated for 10V, the absolute maximum is 12V. Our circuit uses 12V and we can't change the design at this time. What is the risk of using this device at the absolute maximum rating?

We are selecting this device as a substitute for our usual component. The output will only need to 'sink' 5.5 mA current. The 12V supply rail is well-regulated.

Resolved! For TSV324IDT it is MSL 1, but if our product engineer insists on baking the parts, how should we bake for the conditions? Or it is not advisable to bake since it is MSL 1 and not required baking as per ST recommendation?
