Do ST has spice model for opamp ? Especially TL062

Hello everybody, We are currently evaluating the MLC of the LSM6DSOX and have a couple of general questions regarding feature calculation in MEMS Studio.I've included excerpts from the application note for quick reference. Zero-Crossing:"The feature “Zero-crossing” computes the number of times the selected input crosses a certain threshold. This internal threshold is defined as the sum between the average value computed in the previous window (feature “Mean”) and hysteresis defined by the user."Could you please explain how MEMS Studio calculates this feature for the first window, which doesn't have a preceding window for reference? Peak Detector:"The feature “Peak detector” counts the number of peaks (positive and negative) of the selected input in the defined time window.A threshold has to be defined by the user for this feature, and a buffer of three values is considered for the evaluation. If the second value of the three values buffer is higher (or lower) than the oth

Which example 'may be' a better start for reading?  Do they use interrupt, DMA and power saving mode?SubGHz_Phy_PingPongLocalNetwork_Sensorhttps://github.com/STMicroelectronics/STM32CubeWL/tree/main/Projects/NUCLEO-WL55JC/Demonstrations/LocalNetwork/LocalNetwork_SensorMany thanks

I'm trying to create ECDSA keys on a STM32WL55 using the X-Cube/HAL Crypto library. I can generate NIST keys no problem, however when I try using the Brainpool curves, it mostly returns the following error: CMOX_ECC_ERR_WRONG_RANDOM ((cmox_ecc_retval_t)0x0006000B) /*!< Random not compliant with the API (Recall with other random material) */I've tried the following curves: CMOX_ECC_CURVE_BPP256R1 and CMOX_ECC_CURVE_BPP384R1. Sometimes BPP256R1 works, but BPP384R1 seems to always fail. That's very strange so it almost seems the library is validating the randomness in some way? I'm using the RNG to create a buffer of randoms the same size as the public key in bytes. Here is the jist of the code: // inputs: size_t pubLen, ecc_key_t* keypair uint16_t randSize = pubLen; uint8_t randBuff[randSize]; // ... set randoms via HAL_RNG_GenerateRandomNumber if ((result = cmox_ecdsa_keyGen(&eccHandle, CMOX_ECC_CURVE_BPP256R1, randBuff, randSize, keypair->private, &keypair->p

Hello everyone, I am using a custom board for LoRa operations, where I have used RAK3172 which is based on STM32WLE5CCU6, the Official LoRa SDK from ST is working fine , now I want to develop the same program from scratch,Issue: The module is joining the network server joining continuously(with an interval of 10s) after powering up, how can I program the module to send the join request for 5 or 10 times(just for example) and after joining it will send data to the server with particular time interval.

Hi,Could you please help me find the reliability MTBF/FIT data for STM ESDCAN24-2BLY. Thank You !

Hi all,I'm using STM32Cube IDE (version 1.15.1 Build: 21094_20240412_1041 (UTC)) and have the STM32H573 chip with the LinkedList feature.Unfortunately the code generation of the linked list does not work properly and forgets to set some config settings. The LinkedList is a List with 3 nodes. My third node is a 2D sorting node which should be set to:But these lines are missing:pNodeConfig.Init.SrcInc = DMA_SINC_INCREMENTED;pNodeConfig.Init.SrcDataWidth = DMA_SRC_DATAWIDTH_HALFWORD;pNodeConfig.Init.DestDataWidth = DMA_DEST_DATAWIDTH_HALFWORD;The generated code looks like this:HAL_StatusTypeDef ret = HAL_OK;/* DMA node configuration declaration */DMA_NodeConfTypeDef pNodeConfig;/* Set node configuration ################################################*/pNodeConfig.NodeType = DMA_GPDMA_2D_NODE;pNodeConfig.Init.Request = GPDMA1_REQUEST_SPI1_RX;pNodeConfig.Init.BlkHWRequest = DMA_BREQ_SINGLE_BURST;pNodeConfig.Init.Direction = DMA_PERIPH_TO_MEMORY;pNodeConfig.Init.SrcInc = DMA_SINC_FIXED;pNodeC

Hello,I am trying to read multiple ADC channels using DMA. However, I cannot find scan mode configuration and rank selection in settings when I am setting up ADC on this particular board. Is there a way to set thrm up or any other way to read multiple channels at once?

Hi i have defined a Defined symbol "COST=3" in setting compiler like thisstm32cube color fine the code but during execution it is like if COST=0you can watch the execution cursor are on the #else (and numBB are = 0) How can i fix it?

Hello community, I am working on a project that involves measuring a precise distance of 2 meters from the ground during an object’s free fall. I am considering using Time-of-Flight (ToF) modules from ST for this purpose and would like some guidance on which modules would be best suited for this application. Could you please advise if the VL53L8 module, or any other ST ToF modules, would be capable of accurately measuring a 2-meter distance in a free-fall scenario? Additionally, I am concerned about environmental factors such as bright sunlight and fog. How would the VL53L8 module perform under these conditions? Are there any specific settings or considerations to ensure reliable measurements? Thank you for your assistance.

Hi there,I developed a custom bootloader for a STM32H755 MCU.I successfully tested my bootloader on a NUCLEO H755  board (with small projects), and all seems ok.Moving on my final board, with the actual Firmware to be downloaded I'm experiencing an unexpected behavior:the .elf files contains also a memory addresses located in the SRAM4 (D3 domain), which cause a flashing error. As you can see below, RAM addresses are _all_ written to 0x00 (I verified with cube programmer).I actually located some memory section in this SRAM bank, to exchange data between cores but I would like to avoid that such addresses appears into the executable. What can cause this behavior?I already tried with the MPU configuration and with the linker script, but no way!How can I avoid this? Thank you in advance for your support!

RAM_EXEC section 1024K but RAM_D1 is 512K. How is this possible?

We're running into what seems to be a low-level race-condition when initializing LWIP on boot. The LWIP always initializes successfully after using the STLink to flash the .elf either in debug and release modes. After flashing, I verify by sending a ping command to the Ethernet interface and get a good response with TTL. I then subsequently cycle the power and ping returns the infamous "Request timed out" message. It's difficult to debug because the initialization issue goes away once I start a debug session. So, I'm completely in the dark on this one. Any and all help/suggestion/insight is much appreciated.

Using the motor control program generated by Workbench_6.3.0, Motor Pilot_6 can communicate normally. However, when sending manually using a serial port assistant, it always replies with 0F 04 04 C0 and cannot communicate normally. I'm trying to use CMSIS DSP on a STM32H563, but I do not get the expected results. In X-CUBE-ALGOBUILD.1.3.0, when I select DSP Library  in STM32CubeMX, the installed arm_math.h does not list Cortex-M33 support: #error "Define according the used Cortex core ARM_MATH_CM7, ARM_MATH_CM4, ARM_MATH_CM3, ARM_MATH_CM0PLUS, ARM_MATH_CM0, ARM_MATH_ARMV8MBL, ARM_MATH_ARMV8MML" I also looked at X-CUBE-DSPDEMO, which only contains pre-built libraries for cortexM4/M7. And when I just link and build the CMSIS-DSP c files and try to run a test like this:q31_t in = 25;q31_t out;arm_sqrt_q31(in, &out);the result equals 231704 instead of the expected value 5.I am defining -DARM_MATH_HELIUM -DARM_MATH_AUTOVECTORIZE What would be the official way to use CMSIS-DSP on the STM32H5?Is CMSIS-DSP supported at all on Cortex-M33?

Hello ST community,   I am currently programming an ECU system, using f446re nucleo board. Right now i am trying to communicate with BMS using CAN communication. So far, everything has been set: CAN Initialization and start, sending works properly. The issue i am facing is that i cannot receive frames from battery, even though i can communicate with laptop for UDS protocole (Reception works properly in that case), but when i try with the battery, the debug mode doesn't stop at the rx interrupt routine. I have verified the CANFilter configuration to make sure, i didn't see any mistake, nothing has been changed but i only can communicate with UDS frames and not with batteries. for example: frame ID 0x586 entering fifo0 with such a filter:   void CAN_Filter_FIFO0(CAN_HandleTypeDef* hcan) { CAN_FilterTypeDef canfilterconfig; canfilterconfig.FilterActivation = CAN_FILTER_ENABLE; canfilterconfig.FilterBank = 10; canfilterconfig.FilterFIFOAssignment = CAN_FILTER_FIFO0; canf

Hello,I have created my own program using TrustZone and I want to add the SBSFU_BOOT project to it. How can I do this?

Hello     We are planning to work on STM32MP2x processors in our custom design boards. We tried with latest version of CUBEMX for pinmux but it's not available. So, we would like to know when we can expect the pinmux support for STM32MP2x processors.       Thank you in advance.regardssrikanth

Hallo Community,im using an Nucleo-H723ZG board as an USB Host.im using an basic USB Mouse and the eventcallback funktion to print out the input from th mouse.the problem i have now is that i dont get many of the informations from the mouse like the Vendor IDand others.how can i ensure that i get the VID of the Mouse on my Nucleo.

 Hi,I'm a little lost, I would like to use the alternative6 (AF6) function on my stm32f405. I tried to do it via cube mx by configuring the pins but the generated code seems strange to me :So for me I'd like to use SPI3 with PB3/4/5 so AF6 in datasheet. But if I configured that on cubemx I got this:  static void MX_SPI3_Init(void) { /* USER CODE BEGIN SPI3_Init 0 */ /* USER CODE END SPI3_Init 0 */ /* USER CODE BEGIN SPI3_Init 1 */ /* USER CODE END SPI3_Init 1 */ /* SPI3 parameter configuration*/ hspi3.Instance = SPI3; hspi3.Init.Mode = SPI_MODE_MASTER; hspi3.Init.Direction = SPI_DIRECTION_2LINES; hspi3.Init.DataSize = SPI_DATASIZE_8BIT; hspi3.Init.CLKPolarity = SPI_POLARITY_LOW; hspi3.Init.CLKPhase = SPI_PHASE_1EDGE; hspi3.Init.NSS = SPI_NSS_SOFT; hspi3.Init.BaudRatePrescaler = SPI_BAUDRATEPRESCALER_2; hspi3.Init.FirstBit = SPI_FIRSTBIT_MSB; hspi3.Init.TIMode = SPI_TIMODE_DISABLE; hspi3.Init.CRCCalculation = SPI_CRCCALCULATION_DISABLE; hspi3.Init.CR

HiI have a new PCB design using the ST25R3918 chip. The application is quite simple: An NFC tag (sticker) identifies a consumable in a machine. The PCB/NFC reads the tag to check simple data. The distance from the NFC coil to the tag is fixed in the machine, 15mm +/- 5mm.In free air, I have a reading distance of appr. 50 mm, very stable. Great! My problem is in the machine:The NFC tag is mounted on the outside of a bag-in-box system. The bag is coated with aluminium. Not good, I know...6 mm cardboard makes a distance to the aluminium bag, so that we have a max reading distance of app 30mm.This is actually OK.BUT: There is a "dead spot" somewhere in the middle of the reading distance. The spot is like 1-2 mm wide. Very little difference can make it work as a charm, or just fail.See below.I don't see this dead gap when the tag is not on the bag, so the problem is close related to the aluminium bag under the tag. Why does this dead spot happen? My theory is that the PCB/GND and the al

Hi ,      I was given by a task to connect an external load to STM32L562 for USBPD. Do you guys have any idea how to start and what to do in the inital process. Task details Support all 100W+ USB PD EPR power profiles using standard USB PD 3.1 parameters, 100W (20V @ 5A),  140W (28V @ 5A) , 180W (36V @ 5A) , 240W (48V @ 5A).  240W may not be able to be tested during this phase due to market availably of OTS 240W supplies, however functionality should be added for future useRequires an external load on the module connectors to validate power delivery output capability

Hello,I am new on Nucleo-H743ZI2. Im trying to test the ETR mode on TIM2 (PA0), TIM3 (PD2) and TIM4 (PE0). I used the same code and setup for all the 3 timers. But only TIM2 functions properly. TIM3 just can increase once then the CNT will not increase anymore. TIM4 does not have any response on the pulse input, and the CNT does not change at all. I use a jump wire connect the 3.3V to each of the ETR pin to generate the pulse. Can someone guide me what I should do on TIM3 and TIM4? Is there any special setting I need? Thanks in advance. /* USER CODE BEGIN PV */uint16_t Counter_Tim2;uint16_t Counter_Tim3;uint16_t Counter_Tim4;/* USER CODE END PV */ /* USER CODE BEGIN 2 */HAL_TIM_Base_Start(&htim2);HAL_TIM_Base_Start(&htim3);HAL_TIM_Base_Start(&htim4);/* USER CODE END 2 */ while (1){/* USER CODE END WHILE */ /* USER CODE BEGIN 3 */Counter_Tim2 = __HAL_TIM_GET_COUNTER(&htim2);Counter_Tim3 = __HAL_TIM_GET_COUNTER(&htim3);Counter_Tim4 = __HAL_TIM_GET_COU

Hello everyone,I have to use the ADC 16b converter with DMA which does not work if DCache is enabled but, to use LWIP and RTOS it is necessary that DCache is enabled.Does anyone know how to fix the problem?Thank you in advance
