Which example to read, Pingpong or LocalNetwork_Sensor?

Which example 'may be' a better start for reading?  Do they use interrupt, DMA and power saving mode?

The best way to start is to use the ping pong example. Debug it step by step to understand how it works and what features are implemented on the app. Reading the readme file also could be helpful.
