Hello.I am facing a problem: timer tim2 is not working with initialized ble and tasks and timers HW_TS (button and LED processing). Just in case, I checked that TIM16 is working, but it is busy with another task, so I can't use it. I've tried many things, but all I get is either the interrupt triggering instantly and going to hard fault, or just going to an error handler, or nothing happening.static void MX_TIM2_Init(void) { TIM_ClockConfigTypeDef sClockSourceConfig = {0}; TIM_MasterConfigTypeDef sMasterConfig = {0}; /* USER CODE BEGIN TIM2_Init 1 */ /* USER CODE END TIM2_Init 1 */ htim2.Instance = TIM2; htim2.Init.Prescaler = 31999; htim2.Init.CounterMode = TIM_COUNTERMODE_UP; htim2.Init.Period = 2999; htim2.Init.ClockDivision = TIM_CLOCKDIVISION_DIV1; htim2.Init.AutoReloadPreload = TIM_AUTORELOAD_PRELOAD_DISABLE; if (HAL_TIM_Base_Init(&htim2) != HAL_OK) { Error_Handler(); } sClockSourceConfig.ClockSource = TIM_CLOCKSOURCE_INTERNAL; if (HAL_TIM_

Hello,I created a project in STM32CubeIDE, I initialized all peripherals to their default mode using CubeMX, and generated some TouchGFX code usingTouchGFX Generator. Then I opened the file ApplicationTemplate.touchgfx.part with TouchGFX Designer, drew some graphics and tried to generate the code, but I got an error, here are the logs :"Generate Code   Generate       Wrote config/gcc/app.mk       Done   Generate Assets       make -f simulator/gcc/Makefile assets -j8       Reading ./application.config       Done   Post Generate       touchgfx update_project --project-file=simulator/msvs/Application.vcxproj       no       Done   Post Generate Target&nbsp

I met a problem when using CubeMX to modify the CSI to start the camera module, but it shows that the CSI cannot be adjusted correctly. I want to know how to solve this problem.

For my setup, I am using a nucleo-L476RG and a NFC08A1.  I am wanting to learn bare metal programming to really grasp micro controller programming.  I have programmed some smaller bare metal programs, SPI, I2C, etc on the nucleo.  Now, I am trying to interface with the NFC08A1.  Looking at the ST25R3916B datasheet, and reading through the SPI section I was a little confused by the read and write commands in the table 12 SPI operation modes. The other commands are pretty straight forward sending of bits.  Can someone help me understand what A5 - A0 represent?  I am thinking they are addresses to the different registers or referencing certain pins.  For instance, in Table 2 A5 is referencing the SPI enable pin.  In other areas of the data sheet for the SPI interface on Figure 16 SPI communication: writing multiple bytes it says write to the sclk falling edge data moved to address <A5-A0>.  Thanks in advance.

Hi,I'm working on flashing an STM32 MCU via I2C. The current setup involves a processor (host) and an STM32 MCU (G491RET6), where the processor needs to upload firmware to the MCU and perform flashing over I2C with the STM32 acting as the slave.I have a question regarding the I2C interface used during bootloader mode. The MCU has I2C1, I2C2, and I2C3 available — can any of these be used for flashing in boot mode, or is only a specific I2C peripheral supported by the STM32 bootloader? Also, for I2C1, there are multiple pin options available in the pinmux configuration. Which specific pins should be used for flashing via I2C in this case?

Hello everyone, I'm trying to switch from loopback mode to normal mode. So the program is working perfectly in loopback mode but i had to adapt it so i can use it in the desired normal mode. I switched to the HSE as a source clock for CAN communication and I'm using PB8 and PB9 for CAN_Tx/Rx. As a transceiver I'm using the SN65HVD230 with a 120 Ohm terminating resistor and the CANH and CANL are wired correctly to an DB9 connector then to a CAN interface for analyzing. - I also checked the baud rate and i made sure that there's no mismatch. - I selected the right channel for the CAN interface - The transceiver is connected to VDD and GND - The acceptance filter is configured to let any frame pass through it - The interruption in the RX is enabled - The error I'm receiving is an acknowledgment error from the CAN interface You can find attached my project and i hope you can help me.

We are facing a critical issue with the alphabetical ordering of bitmap identifiers in the BitmapDatabase.hpp file automatically generated by TouchGFX Designer 4.25.When comparing two consecutive commits in our project, we identified that rendering problems began to occur after a UI design update. After detailed analysis, we discovered an inconsistency in the ordering of bitmap identifiers that appears to be causing these issues.I noted this issues when using a animation widget with variable BITMAP_FRAME_00_DELAY_0_07S_ID to BITMAP_FRAME_78_DELAY_0_07S_ID. After a refactorer images, I chaged another files with the same initial name "FRAME_xx".Specific Example:In the generated file, identifiers for frames with different dimensions are interspersed between sequentially numbered frames, resulting in an ordering like this:const uint16_t BITMAP_FRAME_11_DELAY_0_03S_ID = 71; const uint16_t BITMAP_FRAME_120X234_ID = 72; // Dimensioned frame interspersed const uint16_t BITMAP_FRAME_1

Hello,There seems to be a bug in Stm32CubeProgrammer v2.19.0I connect the STM32F767 with USB1 (DFU).When I press the CONNECT button, the connection stops at  44 bytes.the connection is "Not connected"however, I can now download a program.

I am currently working on a project that involves reading NFC tags using the NFC X-NUCLEO-NFC08A1 extension, which utilizes the ST25R3916 NFC reader connected to an STM32 Nucleo-G0B1RE platform.Having completed the hardware interfacing for SPI communication between the two, I have now integrated the RFAL files into the project via the X-CUBE-NFC6 package to enable communication between the STM32Cube software and the NFC reader. Are there any modifications required in these files to adapt them to the project? Additionally, what is the difference between X-CUBE-NFC6 and STSW-ST25RFAL002?

Hi I am trying to communicate via ethernet on STm32f407 board with phy LAN8720. I have used TCP protocol and I have used Hercules for sending and reciving frame. But I want to acheive the operation sung HAL_ETH_Transmit (I want to send raw ethernet frame ).note: Can you suggest me any tool I can use to analysis Ethernet frame (send and recv.) tool like USB CAN analyzer for CAN . B.RAsh

I am using 30 Mhz crystal oscillator, and when I configure clock for 30 Mhz it doesn't work properly but when I configure 16 Mhz it works properly.

from datasheet " The wakeup source from Sleep and Stop mode is an EXTI line configured in event mode. The wakeup source from Standby mode is the WKUP1 pin (PA0); The device exits Standby mode when an external reset (NRST pin), an IWDG reset, a rising edge on the WKUP pins, or an RTC event occurs"According to description above ,   if I use a rising edge on the WKUP pins, how big rising edge voltage need to supply to wake up MUC from standby mode?looking forward your response！ I will appreciate that!

Hello,Please , can i use the module STEVAL-MKI228KA (ILPS22QS) with arduino ?Thanks

Is there a simple Windows front-end app to load binaries into the 723 using it's native bootloader?  The alternative I guess would be to write a python app but if I can skip that work it would be great.I am looking for something simple/focused.Regards,Mark

When debugging, all seems to go well, no errors. But when running the code, there never seems to be a CAN message on the line. Hardware connections are checked, and they're fine.See Main(), message function and hardware connection below (added CAN init function too now):int main(void) { /* USER CODE BEGIN 1 */ /* USER CODE END 1 */ /* MCU Configuration--------------------------------------------------------*/ /* Reset of all peripherals, Initializes the Flash interface and the Systick. */ HAL_Init(); /* USER CODE BEGIN Init */ /* USER CODE END Init */ /* Configure the system clock */ SystemClock_Config(); /* USER CODE BEGIN SysInit */ /* USER CODE END SysInit */ /* Initialize all configured peripherals */ MX_GPIO_Init(); MX_DMA_Init(); MX_USART2_UART_Init(); MX_ADC1_Init(); MX_I2C1_Init(); MX_CAN1_Init(); MX_TIM2_Init(); /* USER CODE BEGIN 2 */ CAN_TX_filter_init(); HSB_DebugPrint_Init(false); HSB_VoltageModule_Init(0x68); //HAL_ADC_Start_DMA(&had

I am using Winbond's Quad SPI NOR Flash memory (W25Q128JW).Which of Micron or Macronix should be selected for the memory_type of the OCTSPI setting parameter of cubeMX?

Dear Gfx Team,Could you please add function 'setAlignment ( touchgfx::Alignment align )' to set text alignment in TextArea widget ?This would override what is defined in 'typedText_database_XXX[]' arrays in TypedTextDatabase.cpp.Thank you

Dear reader,I have a question about the use of TIM1 on the Blue Pill STM32F103. I want to build a synchronous Buck Converter using the Blue Pill and need to use PWM on TIM1 ch1..3 with its complementary outputs and the programmable dead time for that. I heard someone saying that using TIM1 for PWM was not a good idea. The Pill Blue has these function only on TIM1 ch1..3 so what can be the reason that using TIM1 for PWM is not a good idea.I don't use HALL and program Bare Metal, but program with Arduino liberties. Is TIM1 used for other function under Arduino? Anyone has an idea

Hi Sir, Does the STUSB1602 support Alternate Mode? Is an MCU required to enable it, or can it be implemented directly with the MCU alone? Is there any example code available? Thank you.

Hello. I have a weird problem connecting a purchased V3 emulator to a blue pill board with STM32F103C8T6.I have:1) STLINK V3 original emulator (tested two copies from the same batch, with different firmware: the latest firmware from the site and the firmware that was purchased)2) STLINK V2 clone - purchased earlier for testing.3) Nucleo-F756G original board. (works great)4) "Blue Pill" board with STM32F103C8T6. and ST-LINK Utility v 4.5.0, USB driver v 5.1.2If I connect "Blue Pill" to "STLINK V2 clone" or "STLINK V2.1 on Nucleo-F756G" emulators, then the target is successfully detected and connected. If I connect the target "STM32F756 on Nucleo-F756G" to the emulator "STLINK V3", everything also works fine: the connection to the target is established and work with the controller memory is possible. But if I connect "Blue Pill" to "STLINK V3", then the connection is not established: I see the error "Detection fail". "Blue Pill" has an external power supply, its value is 3.2 volt

hello to alli want to build project with 2 blue pill firist one have an eeprom it save the file on it the firist blue pill will be as programmer to program the file from the eeprom on the secound blue pill the secound one will be as slavei want to program the file from the eeprom to the slave stm32 .the master is ok i build and connect with the eeprom with i2c and can cll the data from the eeprom in the master side but in the slave i want to program the file on it without using pc using the master oneso haw to connect the stm32 slave with the master

stm32f103C8 - (The blue pill board)Hi, Just confirming that there is no mention of the SPECIFIC registers, (and the EXACT bits), needed in order to set up interrupts for the CAN bus on the blue pill board.(I am hard coding in C, not using CUBEMX)

Hi everyone,Happy Holidays!I need some help if available please.I need a program that I can install on an STM32 bluepill development board that outputs a PWM signal to emulate a temperature and level sensor as part of a community project. This is low budget sadly, I have a reasonable level of knowledge in this arena but not enough.I have the development board and the ability to program it using either USB or an ST-Link. I have a raspberry pi I am using as an oscilloscope. Soldering station, components and so on if.I have read an awful lot of material relating to the subject of PWM generation using an STM32 bluepill, I’ve not specifically found anything trying to do what I am, close perhaps. Not close enough with my understanding to alter to suit, so I am looking for help. The PWM output I need has a frequency of 1hz (1000ms) however it has an initial 10ms pulse followed by a 920ms pause as a checksum which is only sent on initial power on of the 5v switched supply. Then I need to produce 3

The is voltage sensing in live expression I'm using STM32F103C8T6 board popularly known as blue pill im using a voltage divider the supply is given from the power supply and the ADC pin i use is B1 from the power supply when i give less than 2V the output in the live expression is accurate but when i give more than 2V and less than 3.3V it is not correct and for example if i give 3.3V in the live expression the output shows is 5.1345V how to resolve this problem any ideas gentlemen's

Are there any example on how to configure the ST-Link on the Nucleo-64 to be use? In particular the Blue Pill. A real life example may answer some questions I have after reading the document. Some things I read you only have to pull the CN2 jumpers if all you need is SWO. Other make it look like you have to remove the 0 ohms resistors. Also the document looks like the SW0 connector power pin is input, not out. It says "from the target".I have tried to wire the SW0 to the ST-Link connector of the Blue Pill but it did not work. I assume it is a power thing.I am new to stm32 but have some experience from the ESPxxxx world. So some of my problem could be me filtering my understand from that world. What go me started looking at the stm32, is my 3D printer mother board lost it's boot loader. Now, not only do I want to get the 3Dprinter motherboard running, but learn more about the stm32 world.
