Posted on October 26, 2015 at 01:16I am using the STM32F746-Discovery + STM32Cube_FW_F7_V1.2.0, Every application, example, and demonstration builds fine in System Workbench except for the Lwip application. The errors seem to be related to header files missing. I checked to see in the Pathways that the proper location of the ''inc'' folders are correct. Is there a way to download a fixed version of that application? Thanks for your assistance!! #stm32cube_fw_f7_v1.2.0

Posted on October 27, 2015 at 13:14On the STM32F746-Discovery Example firmware version 1.2.0, for System Workbench, the low-level drivers and HAL code say that the Audio Line In jack is not supported, Is this a hardware issue with the board, or just a software issue with the current release of FW? Thanks!!

Posted on October 28, 2015 at 23:17Hi, I've being using Keil for a few years. I have no issues with debugging when Standard Peripheral Library is used on the same core and same st-link device. === I wanted to play with Cubex and HAL and noticed that as long has HAL_init() is used I am experiencing ST-link issues when I want to debug the app. I get 'Cannot connect to the target' error. The ST-Link firmware is up-to-date. There is no problem when SPL is used for the same purpose. The application is very simple - just blinking (I wanted to start using the HAL drivers). Does anyone have similar issues? Thanks, Bogdan

Posted on September 08, 2015 at 12:16Hi,i searched on internet, but i didnt find a good datasheet. on the datasheet was no address. in this forum i found the address is 0xAC. I also read in this forum that i need a ndef appfication array. Is this also somewhere descripted? Is there somewhere a example code for m24sr?

Posted on October 15, 2015 at 19:04Hello,I'm working on a project for simplifying commissioning of networks using NFC.For a very basic demo I'm using an Arduino communicating over I²C and an NFC enabled smartphone.Simply put: I read the old value from the NDEF file, next I write the new one. After this is done, the GPO_pin has gone high. Off this flank the Arduino gets an interrupt that reads out the new value over NFC. Now this works for a while, but after a while, I only get empty NDEF messages back over I²C. After this the smartphone doesn't even recognize the tag as an NFC Forum Type 4 tag anymore.I'm lost on what can cause this corruption? And is there a possible way to fix this?Any way would be greatly appreciated.

Posted on October 19, 2015 at 15:37Hi, How do I access the temperature sensor data, available on the M24LR-Discovery, via RF?Generally I'm interested to learn how the failing Demo Datalogger could be made to work using M24LR-Discovery...But more specifically I need the usable transceive commands for the temperature sensor data to be returned when accessing M24LR-Discovery from Android using RF...Any help deeply appreciated! Posted on September 30, 2015 at 08:25HI,Is there any LibNdef for Wifi Credentials in the M24SR library just like lib Ndef for SMS,email , AAR , etc?Or do we have to write ourselves. Can we get the spec for that or spec for similiar SMS or AAR so that I can imitate it for the Wifi Data(SSID,Network Key,etc)PLease let me know soon .Thanks and Rgds,Rp #m24sr #ndef #nfc #ndef-technology

Posted on July 31, 2015 at 12:32I have found the document above, AN4593, describing the linux .so files, but not the files themselves! where can I download them? Also has this been compiled for OSX at all? if not I am willing to help testing any OSX builds.

Posted on May 13, 2015 at 10:58 Hello, I would like to reload PWM duty cycle every 10 PWM periods using DMA functionality. Therefore I configured FlexPWM subodule 0 and DMA channel An array stores 8 different values for VAL3 register which equal duty cycles from 10%...80%. My DMA channel step looks like that: DMAMUX.CHCONFIG[10].R = DMA_CHANNEL_ENABLED | DMA_CHANNEL_NTRIGGERED | 12; edmaChannelSetup(10,&dcPWM[0],&mcPWM_A. SUBMOD [0]. VAL_3 . R,2,0,1,1,2,8,-16,0,0); Now VAL_3 register is written by DMA, but always with the last table element. If I reduce the DMA iterations to 4, then VAL_3 always gets the value of 4th element from my table.I already used DMA for reloading eTimer compare values and had no problems with writing one element from a table to compare registers with each compare event. Is thereno way to use the next element from table with every reload event? Additionally, I am not quitesure if I understand the reload feature with DMA. The DM

Posted on March 28, 2014 at 10:46Hello everybody,Please help me for this problem! I try to communicate the M24SR and M24LR to the atmega 8. I used the under code for my test. This code functions with the M24LR very well. But there is a problem for the M24SR. It's always stop by sending Address. Please help me! Posted on July 14, 2015 at 07:15I am a beginner in STM32. Recently I surf the Internet and find some codes written by others. They all says that the RCC should be configured at first as follow: 1. Reset the RCC register; 2. Open HSE; 3. Wait for HSE start up; 4.RCC_HCLKConfig; 5. RCC_PCLK2Config; 6. RCC_PCLK1Config; 7. RCC_PLLConfig; 8. Rcc_PLLCmd(ENABLE); 9. Wait for PLL to work; 10. RCC_SYSCLKConfig; 11. Determine that whether PLL is the system clock; 12. Open the peripheral's clock. But how can I know these procedures from the reference manual or the datasheet? #stm32 #clock-configuration #reply

Posted on July 01, 2015 at 12:14 Hello. I use the board SPC560P-DISP. How can I print an Integer with Tera Term through a serial connection? I use the function chnWriteTimeout to print a string. So: chnWriteTimeout(&SD1, (uint8_t *) ''Hello World!\r\n'' , 14, TIME_INFINITE); But an Integer? I tried to use chprintf, but not working. It does not recognize the function chprintf. I included the header chprintf.h uint32_t number=25; chprintf(&SD1, ''%u \n\r'' , number); The error is: main.c:(.text_vle.main+0x10c): undefined reference to `chprintf' collect2: ld returned 1 exit status make: *** [build/ out .elf] Error 1 In the demo of SPC5 Studio for my board they use only chnWriteTimeout. Posted on July 01, 2015 at 03:48I am programming on pictus dspi module, I have queries describe below: /********************************************/     DSPI(module).PUSHR.R = nCONT|DSPIx_CTAR0|nCS+ucDIN;     while(DSPI(module).SR.B.RFDF == 0);      //Point A       DSPI(module).SR.B.RFDF = 1;        //Point B /********************************************/ question are: 1) Read POPR should be inserted at Point A or Point B 2) From reference manual , I understand that RFDF is a flag indicating Rx FIFO is not empty, if I dont add any read DSPI_POPR code here, Will Rx FIFO be flushed to no entry level? Thanks! #dspi-pictus

Posted on June 25, 2015 at 12:52Do ST have any data regarding Program/Data Flash write cycles and/or wear levelling for the SPC560B device(s)? I'd like to know if we have the option of using the Data Flash for built-in test logging on our SPC560B64.

Posted on May 04, 2015 at 10:15HiI need to store a single file on the board from a PC (with ST application via USB) then I need to be able to read the file back to the PC (with ST application via USB). In addition, I need to be able to transfer the same file (via NFC) to any reader (i.e. smart phone)I have only the ''RF transceiver board'' that is connected to the PC with USB.I downloaded the demo application for it (stsw-m24lr011) but I can't make it communicate with the board via USB. Is there a way to store file on this board at all and if so, hot to accomplish this task? Thanks a lot. #nfc

Posted on May 19, 2014 at 19:38Hi ST community ! :)For a projet Im working on, I need to save some informations coming from a C (time, date and pressure) into a memory that must be read without any wired connections. So the NFC/RFID protocol seems to be the most appropriate way to do the trick. On the internet I could find the M24SR64 and it seems to match well with my application. Indeed, the C will write data into the M24SR64 memory using IC protocol and a NFC/RFID reader will ask the device to receive data when the system will be turned off. However, I have some questions I dont want to use a smartphone to receive data from memory but I would prefer an NFC/RFID reader. Is it possible? If yes, can you give me some reader references? Then, I guess there are special commands the reader should ask to receive the memory content. Is it possible to do it with standard RFID/NFC reader?Thank you a lot for your help,Henri #reader #m24sr #rfid #reader-command

Posted on June 12, 2014 at 18:55Hi I am using an Arduino UNO board to make an application to read the data of my M24SR64 antenna using I2C protocol. The problem is that I don't know if I am already communicating with it. I know from the datasheet that the address to read from a M24SR64 is 0xAD.Here is the code of the Arduino UNO so I can read the data&sharpinclude <Wire.h>void setup(){    Serial.begin(9600);     Wire.begin();        Serial.println(eepromRead());   }void loop(){}byte eepromRead(){  Wire.beginTransmission(0xAD); // Opens I2C communication with M24SR64  Wire.write(0);  Wire.endTransmission();    Wire.requestFrom(0xAD, 1);    while(!Wire.available())  {      }  return Wire.read();}I have also read in the datasheet that in order to read an NDEF file I have to  Send the SelectNDEFTagApplication command, Select t
