Solved

The actual situation is shown in Figure 1. I try to solve this problem in “Default Programs Editor?，but I didn't find the “wsx? file in Figure 2. Is there any way to solve it?

The 6 step-Algorithm which is given for the STSPIN. shall we port that code to any other ST controller ?

When I am changing the number of channels to 1 channel.it is recognized by the windows driver, but the"advanced" TAB is disappear (unlike 2 channels configuration). Did someone faced with this kind problem? Do I missedsomething? of course, audacity do not allow to record and I receive this message:" error while opening sound device"

HelloIn one of the Webinars, ST mentioned, that a new Gate Driver STDRIVER101 should be available.I am working on an 48V BLDC drive (up to 60V) and I hope, this could be part of the solution.I can not find any information about this gate driver in the internet. Is it possible to get some information (data sheet, user manual, evaluation board, etc.) over this channel? Thanks!RegardsPeter

Hi, trying to decode the date code on some TL084IDT SO14. Can not find anything in the data sheets or other product documentation. The two codes are: MZ15808 and MZ9Y823.

Hello,I'm using IAR 6.21. I'm trying to build a static library but even if my sources didn't change, the binary file is different each time I build again the lib.I tried to compare the lib.a, there is some UNIX timestamps in the file that depends on the build time.Do you know a way to prevent that? I need to have the exact same binary for the exact same sources...Thank you,Charles

There seems to be a bug when activating a Soft Access Point for the B-L475E-IOT01A MB1297D. The problem is either in the Wi-Fi module's firmware or in the es_wifi drivers in STM32Cube_FW_L4_V1.11.0 and STM32CubeExpansion_Cloud_AWS_V1.2.1. The es_wifi drivers expects a "[AP   ]" reply from the module when the 'A0' command is sent. No reply is received and the ES_WIFI_ActivateAP will time out. Even though the module does not reply, the Soft AP starts correctly and the web server is able to configure a network.Only after a network is configured, the module will reply with the "[AP   ]" message. Full output example:> [AP   ] SSID: Soft AP network MAC: XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX ,11,192.168.10.1[WEB SVR] Server started>[SOMA][AP DHCP] Assigned XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX has 192.168.10.100[EOMA][JOIN  ] Actual Wifi network,192.168.2.157,0,0OKSTM32L4 Discovery kit IoT node (B-L475E-IOT01A MB1297D) with ISM43362. I have to design a special USB <-> RS485 converter using an STM32F401.I realized the project at first with a STM32F4071G eval board with DMA supported USART functions and without RTOS using STM32Cube with FW-F4_V1.25.1 and all worked fine. After porting the software to a Nucleo eval board with the target MCU STM32F401 the transfer from RS485 to USB also works perfect up to baudrates of 115200 and kilobytes of data per shot. But from USB to RS485 after sending all data correct to the RS485 port the UART overrun ISR is called and the HAL remains in a permanent loop to resend the data getting now immediately the overun error and can only stopped by a reset. The error occurs independent from baudrate (I tried it down to 300) and byte count. If I send only one byte over USB it crashes in the same manner as if sent 64 bytes (the maximal number of bytes for one USB transfer). The data will all be transfered and reach the RS485 device but the HAL_UART_TxCpltCallback will not be called than

Hi, I've already developed a graphic application with the STM32F746G-DISCO on TOUCHGFX and it works well. Now I would like to develop the same graphic application on a different ST board without an onboard TFT display. I want to use an external display (same 4.3" and 480x272 pixels) and then put the previous FW on this new board. My questions are:is it possible to use the NUCLEO-F746ZG board with an external display without touching the FW I've already generated from Touch GFX? In this case how could I make the connection between the nucleo board and the display?if the previous point is not achievable easily, I saw that the STM32F769I Disc1 provides a connector (B-LCDAD-RPI1) for an external TFT display. Could be good choice considering that the microcontroller is different and the code generated from touchGFX is made for the STM32F746?Thank you for your time.Best regards

I have a bit of an interesting situation. Our boards utilize the STM32f769NI chip, and we run our own custom bootloader that is used to read firmware images off of a microSD card and then update the firmware in flash memory. We flash a bootloader to the boards through a JTAG interface before shipping, but unfortunately (or perhaps fortunately) when the boards get put in their housing, the JTAG interface is then hidden from the user, and so accessing it is out of the question.A situation has come up where we need to update a board's bootloader while it is with a customer in the field. We do not want to force the customer to send back their board just so we can disassemble the housing to get to the JTAG interface, so we are developing a custom firmware image that will update the bootloader.Right now the bootloader is stored at 0x08000000, and the application/firmware gets flashed to memory location 0x08020000. I want to be able to do this process in a way where if we lose power during th

OK, I am Sales guy for ST. No will not support you unless you are in Colorado or Utah.I have seen a lot of issues of connecting ST Micro BlueNRG boards to the development software. Took me a while and no help from ST. But below is what worked for me using WIN10.Programming via JTAG and running sample code from Blue Navigator on BlueNRG-2 boards using Win10 and Keil. Keil offers free unlimited IDE for all STMicro M0 and M0+ products. Boards: BlueTile: STEVAL-BCN002V1B; BlueNRG-2: STEVAL-IDB008V2 and STEVAL-IDB009V1 Make sure you have latest release of Blue Navigator: 3.2.1 Make sure all below SW is downloaded below and installed with Administrator Rights. When opening a program, use right click and select run as “Adminstrator?.Downloads needed and installed with administrator rights. You will need set up account on my.st.com. 1. ST-LINK/V2. Go to Tools & Software tab, download STSW-LINK009 2. BlueNRG Flasher Utility via VCOM port: STSW-BNRGFLASHER 3. BLueNRG Flasher via STLIN

HI All, I am using STWIN-STWINK1 for a predictive maintenance application, I am unable to set up SWV ITM data console and trace on STM32CubeIDE. I tried following all the tutorials on YouTube and community, nothing works. If anyone has been able to get this through please let me know or share the configuration. Many thanks in advanceChandrashekar C

We found a weird behavior on the STM32F334 device:The requirement is to have 2 HRTIMER's which are locked in phase to generate output PWM's.Currently we use HRTIMER1A and HRTIMER1B for the PWM's. The master timer is used to generate reset on MST period event. The problem we found, is that sometimes the registers seem not to be updated. It is really weird, but can be seen on all our devices, therefore it has to be something with the configuration.Details about the configuration:HRTIMERA and HRTIMERB uses CMP1,2,3,4 to generate PWM pulses on the two outputs.HRTIMERMST and HRTIMERA and B have all the same clock with pre-scaler of 8.All timers use the same period (period is changing constantly during operation). All timers have preload enabled: HRTIM_TimerCfg.PreloadEnable = HRTIM_PRELOAD_ENABLED;HRTIMERA and B have update on roll over enabled: HRTIM_TimerCfg.RepetitionUpdate = HRTIM_UPDATEONREPETITION_ENABLED;HRTIMERMST is used to generate HRTIMERA and B reset with update enable: HRTIM_Time

Hi,i can`t find scp58ec Reference manual(rm0407)https://www.st.com/content/st_com/en/products/automotive-microcontrollers/spc5-32-bit-automotive-mcus/spc5-g-general-purpose-mcus/spc58-c-line-mcus/spc58ec70e1.html#resourceHere is rm0004 but it is for spc560 and there is no information i`m looking for.Is it possible to get a programmer`s reference manual?Best regards*Actually, I want to know how to adjust the sample point and calculate the bit rate.

I have missed confirmation email to participate on webinar. I have found it today in spam folder. I am still interested in webinar.

Hello,I used the following article to have a dynamic bitmap on the screen:https://touchgfx.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/207460605-Dynamic-Bitmaps-Load-images-at-runtimeThen I draw a screen in touchgfx designer (attached designer.jpeg) where I would add a background image using dynamic bitmap. What I actually get is in display.jpeg file (there's some aliasing but the display looks nice), if I press the area where the button are drawn it works, but the button is not visible. How can I set dynamic bitmaps in background?Thank you in advance,Daniele

We're in the process of designing BLDC motor controller for solar pump (1HP and 2HP), we plan to use `STGIB15CH60TS` IPM to drive motor and `STM32F103RC` as controller. We started design using `MotorControl Workbench 5.4.4`, however in this we are not able to figure out pin assignment to be made for Back-EMF signals. We need design six-step motor controller with Back-EMF (sensorless). Could you please guide on how to configure design in `MotorControl Workbench 5.4.4` to utilize Back-EMF feedback to ADC Pins? Thanks!

Dear sir,We are using your company's three-dimensional acceleration chip LIS2DS12. Now we have found a fatal defect. When the ambient temperature value detected by the temperature sensor inside the chip changes from 24 ℃ to 25℃, the acceleration output value will jump without control. The jump amplitude is about 100 LSB when the range is 2g.When the range is set to 16g, the jump amplitude will be less than ten LSBs, and the duration jump duration is exactly an integral multiple of the temperature sampling period. Since our application needs to integrate acceleration into velocity, this jump signal will cause serious data distortion. We sincerely hope that your company can provide solutions. We think the possible solutions are as follows:See if there is an unpublished register setting that can prohibit the on-chip temperature sensor from working.2. Find out the cause of temperature and acceleration correlation, whether it is a chip design defect or an internal setting problem &nbsp

Hello, everyone!Faced with such a problem with STEVAL-SPIN3202. Does not start the engine, when trying to connect it writes:"Connection failed! No response, check the communication cable, the power on the board or the baudrate (set to 115200 bps)."In Keil IDE writes that everything is OK. The firmware is installed.LEDs on the board show that everything is OK.Thanks in Advance!Best regards,Parviz
